If the rental was to cancel, there is a no admin fee that applies (within 1 weeks notice) but all other monies will be refunded or a credit given, whatever the customer would like, after this period.
If you do not pick up the car (i.e., “no show”), WITH NO NOTICE GIVEN, you will receive no refund.
